Pak arrived today oils are clear with nothing floating around caps look like they are filled very close to being same as the rest only thing i seen is the tes p vial is very slighlty undefilled compared to the tes e maybe the e is overfilled ? . i have not verified or tried any of it yet so until i can stop by a buddies an have him labmax it i cant say if its good or not again i am not saying to order from him or vouching in anyway use your descretion about spending your money with any source

Also, how much do you believe the theory that pure ethanol only denatures proteins along the cell wall of bacteria, leaving behind a mostly intact and still functional bacteria, whereas 70% gets into the whole bacteria?

Ole! Right i got that part however it is still stated that length of exposure is the most important indicator in disinfectant effectiveness. I replenish and replace the alcohol during disinfecting process and let disinfect for a very reasonable amount of time... And there are still things 70% will not kill and the stronger disinfectants will... If used properly and the brewer is aware of the possible problems using a higher concentration disinfectant it can be as if not more effective... The main point I pull from the cdc is that the difference is minimal and as long as exposed long enough products are comparable in their ability to disinfect... plus stronger still kills certain things 70% may not...
