German rider files lawsuit against French

[SIZE=-1]German rider Stefan Schumacher, who tested positive for a performance-enhancing substance at the Tour de France, is filing slander charges against the French anti-doping agency.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=-1]Schumacher, in a statement posted on his Web site Thursday, denied doping and said he was filing charges because the AFLD had not answered a list of questions he had sent to the agency two months ago. [/SIZE][SIZE=-1][...][/SIZE]
[SIZE=-1]Schumacher was one of four riders who tested positive for the new blood-boosting drug CERA. Schumacher won both individual time trials at this year's Tour. Bernhard Kohl, an Austrian who also rode for Schumacher's German team Gerolsteiner, also was caught and admitted doping and has been banned for two years.[/SIZE]
