Getting hit after injection

Question: do you know of any complications that could arise from being hit on a new depot after injection?

Two days ago I did a normal injection of 1.4ml of test/primo into my delt. Yesterday I was sucker punched and took it on the shoulder. Today it is pink and has dull pain. I’m gonna give it a couple days to get better (my delts sometimes will get pink after injections if I’ve used a 1 inch needle) so I’m not too concerned but curious.

I was waiting for a shipment of 1/2 inch to arrive that was delayed due to covid stuff. Since I had before and it wasn’t notably worse than 1/2 I figured it doesn’t matter much since I didn’t expect to get punched lol.

i hit delts with a 28g insulin pin. i think it's half inch too. never going back to those harpoons.
