Something got mixed up when the vials were filled. Its the only thing I can think of. We had small batch of test E as its been hard to get for some reason so I don't have explanation or want to make any excuses here. The raw came from 2 different sources that's why there is such a discrepancy with the dosing. Had to adjust it after it came from jano. The new Bacth of Test E will be here in 3-4 weeks. Will have raw purity posted forJust for clarity sake, did you not test the raws or final product? Did you knowingly sell the test e as test c? Where did this go wrong?
That alone is enough to not order, let alone the multiple “mislabels”The Jano reports have been posted and now it’s review time!
1. Misshipped - I order Bold Cyp and they sent me Test Cyp (supposedly). THEY ASKED ME TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM!
Yeah, that's totally unacceptable in more than one way. Mistakes happen, but how they're dealt with is what matters. I was asked to ship something back (a schedule 3 AAS) once by a vendor off of Meso, and that was absolutely the last time I ever dealt with them. It's totally unacceptable that the mistake of a vendor should result in any loss on your part, nor should it result in you being forced to incur risk (shipping back). It's bad enough knowing that a product was mislabeled, but to deal with sending the wrong item by demanding it be shipped back is ridiculous. Do the right thing and let him keep the mistakenly sent test, send the correct product, and eat the loss. The Jano reports have been posted and now it’s review time!
1. Misshipped - I order Bold Cyp and they sent me Test Cyp (supposedly). THEY ASKED ME TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM! I thought that was a wild request! It is the vendor’s responsibility to take on the shipping risk and I think pretty much every other domestic vendor would have just fixed it no questions asked. I don’t care if they buy the label for me or not. I’m not a vendor, I’m not shipping shit unless it’s to Jano. I offered to pay them a discounted price instead.
2. Mislabeled - the misshipped Test C wasn’t even Test C. It’s Test E. What else has been “mixed up.” I certainly wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering again without testing again.
3. Poor Customer Service - No resolution was offered for the mislabeled Test.
I won’t use this vendor again. I don’t think I’ll even try to use the credit for the blind Jano testing. What’s the point? I might have to pay for something I didn’t order, if it’s even labeled correctly.
They had Bold Cyp at 200mg/ml when nobody else did. Another popular vendor elsewhere just dropped their concentration to 125 due to crashing from low quality raws, so I was hoping to get some pre-shortage Bold Cyp. The Bold Cyp tested good and I’m still excited to use it, but yeah, the vendor experience itself. . .I mean this entire thread is full of red flags even before this lol

Not correctMy take from day 1 has been they are a reseller and generally don’t know what they’re reselling exactly. Whether it’s legit or not just depends if their upstream provider is doing their job.

pip free??? Mast is the least soluble compound having it that high is asking for crashing and instability. Once again just because other sources brew that high does not mean I do or want to. Much more solvents needs to be used and again if i didn't make the point last time Just because you able to handle that concertation don't mean everyone else is able to.Not trying to punch down on them, but lets not forget that they are also seemingly unaware that Mast E 400 is painless / PIP-free. I can understand if they've not brewed it before, but it's fairly common knowledge that there are exceptions to HC gear being painful (test D 500, EQ 500, Mast E 400).
you can always dm me and just let me know how things need to be taken care of thats all simple. you sent me a dm saying you are fine using test C instead of test E. But you were disappointed because of the situation. The Jano reports have been posted and now it’s review time!

Wrong. I messaged you when I received the test instead of bold. You asked me to mail it back. I did get the bold cyp, AFTER I paid for a product that I didn’t order. So im a bit confused here. First you said you didnt get bold cyp now you saying you did and you cant wait to use it? I do remember the original issue at hand. If you needed for me to refund or resend test E instead all you had to do is to dm me and ask you didnt do any of that. Now you are here letting everyone know how bad thew service was. If i made a mistake and it happens just ask and will do what we can to take the issue at hand handle.Thank you for your understanding

If it’s mislabeled, why would I think I would get Test C instead of E on a reship? You don’t know what’s in your vials. I’d probably just get more of the wrong thing.you can always dm me and just let me know how things need to be taken care of thats all simple. you sent me a dm saying you are fine using test C instead of test E. if you change your mind the offer is still there and like I said I dont mind you posting the mistake ill own up for it. If you want resolution DM me on telegram and will figure it out that's all. Instead of going back and forth here with everyone giving opinion on the matter. If it’s mislabeled, why would I think I would get Test C instead of E on a reship? You don’t know what’s in your vials. The "my guys F'd it up" is a bit odd. All of his initial posting pretty definitively points to him being a one man operation, and best guess says his operation hasn't grown much since then. If he's got incompetent people packing his shipments up, are they also the one's responsible for mislabeling the vials? Who knows what's going on here, but whether it's an incompetent worker/workers, or a one man operation trying to pass blame to a fictional employee, there's plenty of yikes going on here.Wrong. I messaged you when I received the test instead of bold. You asked me to mail it back. I did get the bold cyp, AFTER I paid for a product that I didn’t order.
