GH for health benefits

im definitely not planning on taking GH for muscle benefit since im not at my genetic potential as of yet..but i would definitely like to give it a try for the benefits for skin, lungs, well-being, etc.

im only 27 yrs old so im not sure if it would even be worth the price for me yet...but if it is would say 2 IU/day for an extended period (a year or more) give me what im looking for or would i still need a higher dosage?

I'm 27, and I love it at 4IU/day. The dose that works best for you will be very individualized, but 2-4IU seems to be the range. I'll be bumping mine up soon though.
