Here is a serum test from Kigtropin GH. This is what no GH looks like. I'm baseline. What did I miss something, those results are all within NORMAL GH ranges.
Although far from exacting 5IU should increase your GH level well above 10ng/ml above your baseline!
I hope your next results are more worthy.
I wait 3.5 hours after pinning IM to have my blood drawn. The first two were good results. The last one had no HGH in it at all, despite injecting 5 IUs of generics. So the stuff from Astro and the pharma grade were both good. The kigtropin contained no HGH whatsoever. What is the hourly interval between the GH pinning and the blood draw?
Where did you get five hours from? GH peaks from IM injection 3-4 hours post injection, as is indicated by this graph.Because peak GH levels plateau over a course of 2-4 post injection, 5 hours is to late for sure.
The best draw time probably lies somewhere between hours 2-3 not much sooner and not much later.
The best dose? 0.1IUs/KG.
ABOVE BASELINE.

Just ad 1.8 mls of water. You'll have one IU per 10 IUs of liquid.I read where Serostim Gh is 18IU. So if you mix the GH with 1ml of bac. water you have 18IUs in a 1ml syringe. So .1ml of your solution would equal 1.8 IUs. of Serostim Is that right? I was previously getting the IUs and MLs confused once and a while. As I remember the old IP stuff came in an unmarked little box. Does anybody know how many IUs they were supposed to be? Not important, since it's long gone , but just curious. So, you should be taking about 10 IUs of the GH prior to the blood work?
Thanks
10 IUs of the Serostim would be a little over half your insulin syringe.
Thanks Fly. I'm not using Serostim. I just put that as an example. I believe the RIPS is labeled 10 IUs. I don't know about all the others. But I guess that's what all this is about, how much of what is in what.Just ad 1.8 mls of water. You'll have one IU per 10 IUs of liquid.
Your right Fly. But it's really difficult to get 1.8mls of the water into the 1ml insulin syringe.Just ad 1.8 mls of water. You'll have one IU per 10 IUs of liquid.
Use the same syringe twice. Draw one ml up the first time, and draw 80 units the next time. Proper mixage.Your right Fly. But it's really difficult to get 1.8mls of the water into the 1ml insulin syringe.![]()
I'm teasing ya Fly. But thanks for trying to helpUse the same syringe twice. Draw one ml up the first time, and draw 80 units the next time. Proper mixage.

Good...I had blood drawn today about 2 1/2 hrs. after. The high end dose response curve that Humatrope cites uses
0.1 IU/Kg with the blood drawn roughly TWO hours later.

Also, a test of 5IUs can be used to determine if the GH you are using is quality. The dose response curve of GH is not linear, so If I was to inject 10IUs of this GH I would be 19+ easily. Given how much pharma GH costs, I'm not going to do 10IUs for some stupid test. That's just too expensive.
