Brewing takes much longer than you are saying! Let’s say you are right, and I “flash” brew the gear today. Do you know how long it takes to brew and filter let’s sayyyy 500ml? Which is much less than would be required to fill those bottles

I wouldn't be surprised if there was nothing more then vegetable oil in those vials never mind filtered, and since they were all on their sides you wouldn't have had to even measure the contents for visual appearance..
