GL45 media bottle

Is the GL45 cap the same as a 45mm cap? For media bottles I mean. For some reason I can't easily find this online

The bottletop filter I purchased says 45mm. Does that mean it'll fit on a media bottle with a GL45 cap?

The GL refers to it being a screw-on cap. The number after GL refers to the cap size - for instance there is GL32 and GL25 also, among others. So yes, match the size.
