Glass filtration setup

It is good for 300ml or less.. You also need to clean the fritted glass disc with something like acetone. Even after a while it gets clogged up. However a replacement is not too expensive.

Something that uses stainless steel for the filter support is better like this: VF15, Glass Filtration Set Includes 1L funnel, base, clamp, stopper, GL45 adaptor, and 5L bottle

This is better for larger brews. The company that makes it is named Rocker. You might be able to find a dealer in Europe.

Meh 45-50mm membrane dia. isn't shit for flow. I like running 120-200mm vac filters. Look up shit on eBay or alibaba used in cannabis/hemp industry and just get a Buchner filter setup that clamps the edge of the filter papers around the curcumference similar to these not the fritted buchners. Fritted are meant for building filter cakes on top of them using filter powder media. Not great for using filter papers/membranes. You didn't mention the volume or batch size you'll be cooking up. I'd skip right over a hand vacuum pump and just get a cheap electric vacuum pump off eBay or online something probably designed for HVAC or Freon line evacuation. Shouldn't be more than 30-50 bucks
