Bro, what do you mean by Dim? Glutamine is one of those supplements that's a must IMO. Great for recovery, and keeps my girl happy she doesn't complain that I smell "funky" as she puts it.

fuck no if anything when i take glutaminte ever night consistently i can see my body being harder, i feel like i have less body fat.

Nope you should do some research on this supplement it is bad ass.

I'm with DK. No flame intended. It may work wonders for some, but I think it's a bunch of over-hyped junk. Whey protein is loaded with glutamine, anyways. So if it is worth using, I get plenty everyday through my whey shakes.

Phosphatidylserine supplementation results so far.

I heard about this supplement and have been taking it for only 1 week and my bodyweight has gone up from 237 - 243. My pumps also have been all day. I just started back to lifting about 1 year ago, im 44 and have been using creatine for about 6 months and saw good results. Added no2, 3 months ago saw better results with the combo. But now when adding phosphatidylserine I am amazed. Somewhat Expensive but is working unless there is some unknowen reason for my weight gain. Also taking Muscle Milk by Cytosport instead of straight whey protien and a multivitamin for the last 3 months. I'll keep you posted if interested. I heard about Phosphatidylserine in an artical by some olyimpic trainer to keep cortisol levels down if you have a bad habbit of staying in the gym to long and overtraining. Im taking 800 mg on workout days split up 400 & 400 but one dose for sure befor training. also on non workout days I take 1 dose of 400mg.
