glute shots

i can get all my syringes and pins from my girl who manages a vet practice. the problem is, all i can get are 24g 5/8 pins and 22g 3/4. the 5/8 i used for delt shots with a little pressure on the plunger and last night i ran the 3/4 for a glute shot. i know i should get 1 1/2" pins but my question is, was this shot wasted if it was sub-q? it was 250mg sust and 150 deca. thanks in advance bros.

I'm pretty sure it needs to be injected in the muscle. I don't think it does much good shooting it into fat.

definitely dont shoot that shit sub-q. Get some longer pins (getpinz.com)
