Glycerol on DNP....

What brand of glycerol are you guys using while on DNP? I got my wife to pick me up some at Walgreens and it says on the label "Glycerine" and that is is an Emollient. I doesn't have any ingredients on the label, so I assume that glycerol is all that is in the bottle--no rose water or anything like that. It does say, "For External Use Only", but the last brand I bought said that also. Just wanting to make sure that she got the right thing before I start taking it........

My wife was like. "Are you gonna drink it? It has a warning, "In case of Accidental ingestion, call the Poison Control Center immediately. Are you sure it is safe?" I'm taking DNP and she is worried about my glycerol use...........

First off bro, forget the Glycerol. You simply don't need it. Rady around or just ask others who have done th estuff many times. I use a MUlti-vit, plenty of water and thats it. The rest is complete overkill.

That's good, one less thing for me to worry about taking. The last time I used DNP was when Animal was saying to use glycerol and Pyruvate. That was about 5 or 6 years ago......

If you'll read Heretics post "how not to fuck up on DNP" It suggests many things....but they are all simply suggestions. I am sure that they all can serve a purpose but they complicate a very simple process. Just stay hydrated and keep the fruits/veg's comming and hang on.

Agreed,all I'm taking are multi-vitamins,calcium,and lots and lots of water.And I drink V8 juice.

So far,so GREAT!!

Yeah, most of those supplements are just suggestions if you wan't to be as safe as possible. The only real necessary things IMO are a multivitamin, lots of water, Benadryl, and perhaps antioxidants as well. Everything else is designed to either make you feel more comfortable or keep you a little safer.
