When did you make the assumption that I had IMMEDIATELY tried tracking the package?? Exactly, but to clarify, the package that was shipped has been shipped for 3 days now with a tracking number that is defective, USPS uses a system that scans barcodes and the site updates fairly quick, of USPS had reiceved the package it would have updated by now, so either naps gave the wrong tracking number, USPS has made a mistake, or naps posted the product was shipped before it was actually shipped which would explain why I never received a tracking number long after the package had already been marked "shipped" and also @Naps-Support I did pm you, but in regards to only private messaging you about matters that arise, the whole point of this thread was to post the WHOLE entirety of my order and the process at which it was completed along with the quality of product so I'll be more then happy to pm you about the issues but in regards to not posting issues publicly before there resolved..well ideally this is like a live review, so it would be kinda messed up if I hadn't posted and you resolved the issues that arises but I didn't communicate with the public that there were issues in the first place? Anyways so far I'm still in the dark on the tracking number but I'm sure it will sort itself out in the next day or twoNot this again. Do people still not realize that tracking numbers don't always show up in the USPS system immediately?
