good fats?

Olive oil is good, and natty PB is good, sometimes too good. For me, I have a tbsp. and then another, and then another, etc. before I know it, half the freaking jar is gone :eek:

I take a tbsp of Udo's every night and also take Vitamin Shoppe EPA/DHA Omega-3 Fish Oil (about 7-9g/day). Now that's some good stuff. Although sometimes I get fish burps which suck.

Olive oil and flax seed oil is where I get mine. I'll put a tsp or tbsp in with my shakes and mix it in with my scrambled eggs in the morning........11

I am looking into that stuff. I stopped eating peanutbutter because of the carcinogens,but i was going to buy organic. does that powerbutter taste good?
 
Olive, flax, fish, and DAG oil are good sources of fat. Throw in 6g of fish oil caps per day and youre good to go. I personally wouldnt consider peanutbutter a good source of fat, particularly the normal Skippy/Jiffy/etc kinds.

Raw almonds are great and do the trick
