Good spray and t shirt advice?

Right guys I'm 5ft5 195 pounds semi lean so yes I'm stocky I know but I like my t shirts hate vests as I just don't feel comfy in them but I'm having a real problem with sweat I don't sweat alot but because the size of my arms (17.5) it's pulling my t shirts no matter what size into my arm pit? Really hard to explain but it makes me sweat then it ends up stinking and I'm yet to find a good spray that could cover that smell or a t shirt brand that would you know be a Better fit for my body type any advice?

Like I said.... it does not matter the size it's nothing to do with the size I have tried large xl xxl no matter what it does it.
apart from making it look like I'm wearing a dress I cannot go any larger lol

What is the combo of material they are made of? If there is any polyester you need to pre treat those areas for 10 minutes and wash them inside out. If just cotton you need to pre treat them as well. Sometimes sweat is so strong it not only stains but also is hard to get a smell out so wash them same day they get dirty. My dad always bough cheap workout shirts because of this.
