Good supplement companies...Bad supplement companies

Ive read on here in the past about which supp companies are on the up and up and how many are full of shit.
I thought it would be helpfull to everyone to post up what we KNOW (not speculate) about the companies we buy our supps from.
Which are the ones that produce high quality goods...which are the bullshitters putting bullshit in their products?
What are the little details we can look for to make sure we are getting what we pay for?
Help the brothers out, let us know from who and what to buy.
Peace, Sphinx.

And i thought you were going to start it off with a good source :) ... I hear www.synthetek.com is good. I have their Synthepure protein but i don't know if it's any different from any others. What Big A says about them and the quality of different proteins sounds real good but he is sponsored by them so who knows ... then there's that company down just south of me in Jersey that sells the 550mg of Phosphatidylserine .. ok i just searched but can't find them. I'm sure if you really wanted to know who they were i can try harder. Well, someone called them and they said there caps were actually 550mg of Phospha itself and not just the complex .. i took them and got bad cramps after only 2 days so i'm guessing it had to be from them since i didn't change anything else and low cort is known for that ... there's another site ... 1 something .can't think of it now that supposed to have good supps .... I thought EAS was good a while back but i think they suck ... 1 fast something i think that site was ... i'll find it

All anyone posts is going to be speculation unless they have performed actual lab analyses of the products. The chances of that...slim to none.

The one I know for sure sucks is USA Marketing. I think thats what they are called. They are the company that has been selling liquid creatine for about 10 years. Total garbage.

Good point Bob...then lets share what we know in general.
What about the majors? Twin Labs? EAS? Champion Nutrition? Ect. Ect. Ect.
I was going to order some stuff from DPS but...their site was down! LOL
I really like the HSN pre work out and post work out protein blends....the post has oats, barley, and other whole grains that make it a very satisfying PWO mix...
Lets focus on a few at at time....
Who has a good/better quality protein line? Im talking blends and pure wheys, caseins, ect.
How about Creatine...who sells the best quality of this?
Esential Fatty Acids? Fish oils...Omega 3 & 6? Pharm' grade.
Anything else ya'll can think of is great...Thanks Meso!

Well as far as pure Whey isolate i think you sould read what Big A has to say about that. He says it's too expensive for companies to be selling so cheap and most of what your buying for discount prices is not 100% Whey Isolate. I can find the thread if you want me to or you can search over at ProfessionalMuscle

I think it's Muscle Marketing USA. As far as I know, there is no such thing as a liquid creatine that ISN'T total garbage.

Despite what that company has claimed for 10 years, creatine is simply NOT stable in a liquid environment. It degrades incredibly quickly (within a couple hours).

why would you want oats and whole grains for pwo?? granted you want carbs for your first pwo but you want the higher glycemic variety such as dextrose. the oats and whole grains would be good for your second pwo though.

Quick proteins before I work out to saturate the blood with aminos....my post will have more 'complex' carbs, sort of a time release if you will.
If you want the science Ill post some links.
Peace, Sphinx.

like i said why would you want oats and grains for your first pwo? not very high on the glycemic index which is what you want for your first pwo. also if your taking in oats and whole grains for pre workout for quick protein i would re-evaluate that thinking. oats and grains are not a very good quality source of protein, they are lacking aminos which are required to make them a complete protein. not very good muscle building protein source if you ask me. just my opinion though.

LOL ooops! I dont have the oats and barely PRE I have it POST! Written communication isnt the most efficient thing in the world. LOL
I agree with you, the oats and stuff post the quick protein and a bit of quick carbs pre.
