Goodlyfe HGH 4 IU+ 500mg metformin SR

I know I said I was gonna do 6... but I wound up saying fuck it because I do not have many symptoms.

I went up to 7.2 IU/day because I put 1ml in the 12 unit vial....
0.2ml(2.4 units) 3 times a day.

mild intermittent numbness in my ring/pink. VERY MILD, no pain. no extreme grogginess. Next lab work is still targetted for monday, along with my wife who is on 1 unit of HGH day

How’s your bg?

How’s your bg?
100 fasting.

even after eating a meal right after yesterday it was 118.

I literally ate 2 oranges an hour ago. I am consuming some chicken. Tested at 98 now

I am noticing enhanced recovery this past week for sure...

7.2 units put me at 395 igf. I will say that the side effect profile has worsened at night with the CTS. It resolves when I get up and walk around.

Its not unbearable but I would rather go for smoother sailing. I'll see how I feel in a couple of weeks

Ok. I asked because when in contest prep, low calories, my IGF-1 dropped all the way down to 54. I don't remember my hgh dose right now (I can probably find it) but I think it was either 4 or 5 iu daily.

The same hgh at the same dose scored 345 a few weeks after the contest when I was eating everything in sight.

So, yeah, I believe diet affects IGF-1. I would say that is only an experiment of one, but I have had other competitors who tested during a contest prep tell me the same thing happened to them, so I tend to think that diet can greatly influence IGF-1.

Going off memory at the time my natty IGF-1 was 220 or so.

In my ignorance I kind of went after the source . . . I felt badly about that after the same hgh scored much higher after the contest. I publicly posted the results in the same source's forum to undo any damage I might have done if possible.
Absolutely true while you’re dieting igf-1 will be affected. Any fasting regimen can extremely drop igf-1 levels as well.

Damn I get CTS on 2iu of opti greys.

@malfeasance with that being said, my coach say the gh is fake, he’s also a big only use pharma guy. I’ve had good luck with gh, but may try to use Optis and see if anything changes.

I would compare it on the same cycle. Diet etc. Obviously if you did it cutting vs bulkinf that would be unfair

I’m going to try split dose am/pm, Mighty Mouse I believe said he got his best igf levels that way

I’m not defending Goodlyfe’s GH but your coach has no clue. Did he send in @malfeasance Gh for testing? Of course he’s a big pharma guy.

These types of statements are reckless.

My statement is reckless? Or the coaches statement?
Like I have said numerous times the results were great from the gh, but labs weren’t what was expected.
I have been In the process of finding a new coach because my last one died.

Maybe you being one of the more knowledgeable people in gh can help me understand theses blood panels
