I think I pulled a muscle in my back two days ago. I was working back and I was fine, but the nexr morning while i was getting ready I felt a sharp pinch, hurt pretty bad too. The rest of the day I had a real sore feeling under my right shoulder blade. SO I applied heat pads and tiger balm all night. This morning it was feeling a lot better but as the day went on it still felt sore. I have a knot in my back where it hurts and it hurts the most when I lift things with my left arm while it is on the right side of my back.. I think I pulled something, but I am in my third week of my cycle...I am not sure if I should go to the gym and do legs and take another day off or what....I am hoping this doesn't mean I have to stop my cycle!! I am thinking I am just going to do legs tonight, all cable/machine excerises so I don't have to lift any plates. any ideas/suggestions on what I can do to get my back up to par? I know I am an idiot for pushing my self to hard, b/c I think that is obviously what happened....thanks for the help bros!!
