Got oatmeal, bruh?

I've read three recipes on here so far for oatmeal lol here's one I love to eat:

2 cups Quaker Oats "old fashioned"

1 heaping tablespoon of coconut oil (in solid state)

* Squeeze some honey in there if you want

for water, add enough in your pot to rise just above the oats and suspend them. If you want, add a half cup of milk, then add water till you fill it to that level.

Cook until they're about done, and add some gold standard double rich chocolate to it. I like using about 1 rounded scoop.

I don't have any oatmeal recipes. Cooked oatmeal fills me up too easily I just put some water in it, microwave for about 30 secs and drink it.
 
I just like cooking. Coconut oil and whey protein in your oatmeal gives it an awesome texture. It's my favorite meal to eat. Excellent balance of macros too
I'll have to try the coconut oil in it. Just got some organic coconut oil from Costco that seems to be better than some of the other ones I've tried
 
Not all chocolate whey is the same, so if you're gonna put whey in it, I prefer the taste of the one I mentioned. It's my favorite anyways outside of the oatmeal lol but yeah bro, definitely go for it
 
I cant do chocolate oatmeal. vanilla I could do.

I use walnut oil and flaxseed in mine.

ok I also cheat. I love me some quaker oats protein packs. either banana walnut or cranberry almond, 2 at a time, with the oil and flax and milk of course. yes it has sugar in it, DGAF

I'm on instant oatmeal in the early morning and a Nana,I'm taking some note's wouldn't mind changing it up.
 
Grab a bowl, any sized bowl will do.
Fill approximately 30% with oatmeal, 30% with peanut butter, 40% with nutella.
Don't eat with a spoon, scrap out with snickerdoodle cookies, and wash down with an oreo milk shake.

Jesus now your talking!!

I blend them with a little choc soy milk protein pow, banana, and peanut butter.
Delicious and portable.:)

I've been adding 1/4 cups of oatmeal to my shakes too. They are so tasty.

Hemp seeds would be a great addition!
I have been eating hemp granola post workout with berries and this new bomb almond milk that I found. It has 10 grams of protein a cup. More than regular milk. Its a nice a tasty way to get quick digesting carbs In before my protein shake. It gives me an instant pump.

3 cups every morning along with a half roll of sausage.

3 cups oatmeal. Half cup milk. 2tbsp brown sugar. As much cinnamon wanted. Microwave 45 seconds, mix. Microwave 30 seconds. You're welcome whores
