Here’s what I do:Got to ask a thing, do you usually do stretching? If yes what is the aim? Keep a better elasticity or recovery?
Someone use it before training but here its mixed, the before is more brosciense but maybe works for someone

Does pre-exercise static stretching inhibit maximal muscular performance? A meta-analytical review - PubMed
We applied a meta-analytical approach to derive a robust estimate of the acute effects of pre-exercise static stretching (SS) on strength, power, and explosive muscular performance. A computerized search of articles published between 1966 and December 2010 was performed using PubMed, SCOPUS, and...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Stretching and injury prevention: an obscure relationship - PubMed
It is generally accepted that increasing the flexibility of a muscle-tendon unit promotes better performances and decreases the number of injuries. Stretching exercises are regularly included in warm-up and cooling-down exercises; however, contradictory findings have been reported in the...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Effects of static stretching on energy cost and running endurance performance - PubMed
Stretching before anaerobic events has resulted in declines in performance; however, the immediate effects of stretching on endurance performance have not been investigated. This study investigated the effects of static stretching on energy cost and endurance performance in trained male runners...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Basically the studies say that before could damage a bit performance and after eancrese a bit recovery and injury prevenction but its really low
Probably the effects of stretching are more long term for elasticity
Pretty sure he just copy/paste whatever ChatGPT spits out lolApparently some racist comments in the SSA thread but who knows.
Hopefully he'll be back and a little cooled down with a break but not sure if this is his third strike or not.
He could be an ass but he also did contribute some useful stuff.
Damn so much strechtching during ur day! Here’s what I do:
Morning: yoga/foam roller 30-1hr
Pre-training/practice - 15-30 mins dynamic warmup
Post- static stretching/massage/foam roller
Then 3-4 times during day/night - various full body stretching for around 10-20mins.
Well, the thing about prp is it actually increases inflammation, which is what you want to heal.@Benf15harp : I need some pro input here. You may not have ANY insight because you're a fucking UNIT and don't really have to worry about chronic pain (im not discounting the obvious acute pain from training and everyday activities...just you train so damn hard I'm assuming your core and overall bodily function are naturally prone to just "working correctly."
Any cutting edge pain therapies that have been used on you or recommended?
I think I recall your PRP protocol? Worth considering? (E.g. for knee inflammation) Of course my Ortho doc will do it for like $600+ a pop (or more...Im too scared to ask as they charged me $700 a pop for Ketamine infusions..life changing if one can actually afford to continue.... I cannot afford to...lol).
Laser? Any amazing training regimens? I dunno exactly what I'm asking...except that I have been in severe pain (think 4 to 9/10) for at least 22 years now...mostly low back (finally diagnosed myself with a right hip labral tear and surgery actually resolved 25+ year pain radiating down my right leg...I kept telling the fuckers the nerve pathway did not match sciatic but no one investigated further.
Anyway, not sure what is out there and wonder if you have access or make use of cutting edge therapies or get input from docs?
If BPC is your drug of choice and fixes all your maladies, that truly is awesome. Just checking to see if there is anything amazing you have used to heal up from past injuries and what else may be out there. (For example, I've been using this thing called a Neubie Neufit...I'm sure someone will think it's dubious pseudoscience but the thing is amazing at localizing abnormal movement patterns and also helping actually do exercises with it attached (but I cant afford the $18k for my own device so I'm stuck using it sporadically at $90/pop at a PT place that doesn't take insurance). Why the fuck won't insurance cover anything the actually helps? Lol
Yes seem too much posts for a single person without chatgpt, and its still a lot lolPretty sure he just copy/paste whatever ChatGPT spits out lol
