got seizure letter, HELP!!!

so i got a orange card in the mail saying i had a certified letter at the post office. i went and got it. and it was from customs telling me they siezed 254 clen pills. now the letter says i have options and one of t5hem is "take no action" at which time they will dispose of the pills. now i will deny ever ordering it . but what happens next? if i take no action am i going to get arrested? or fined? i'm a bit nervous. any feedback is appreciated.

I had a package seized last summer and took the no action route . They give you a chance to give them a legitamite script for what you ordered . They dispose of it if you don't try to claim it somehow . Or take it home . lol .

just let it go and chalk it up as a loss....now...here is the tricky part...some say your address or receiving address is red flagged....honestly I am not sure....IMO I would nort order scheduled drugs at that addy...

chill, youre cool, just have your shit sent to a different addy next time. i dont know nor do i want to know where you get your shit but if you take a picture of the letter customs sent you the company will reship your seized order usually.

GET A P.O. BOX, rent one that is big, notya tiny cubby hole. use an alias-- send your alias some cards, etc.

I am just wondering because he did say "he" received a one of those notes stating that he had a certified letter not a package. He didn't find out the note and the certified letter was about an seized package till after he got to the post office. Do you think he may also be monitored or a photo was taking?

No worries, shredd the letter and forget about it. I had a 'friend' that ordered overseas quite often to his real home address (since 1999). Over the years he had collected almost 80 (yes, eighty) customs letters. I contaced, er, He contacted a lawyer and asked if customs has a 'list' or a red flag address list. I always assumed they did, but I'm really small time, er, he's real small time personal use only type of guy who takes all the other safety precautions, like none in the house etc.... Anyhoo, the atourneys found that there are NO LISTS of addresses at the customs division. Boy, that was a reliefe. But, they said somethimes if the oreder is larger, say 100 amps and 1K of dianabol, they may turn it over to the local police and they do a small investigation. Usually no more than asking thier snitches if they have heard your name or were known to deal etc. Then, with evidence in hand they come knocking on your door and ask, not did you order this, but WHY did you order this. Implying guilt. mentally prepare yourself and ask what it is then deny, deny, deny. My friend had such a visit about two years ago, and is still getting a 90+ success rate at the same address. Relax. I do believe in using a third party address, and if convenient, a third party that has your meds and a place in there to shoot.
PS- I got the legal from pre paid legal, maybe not the best heads in legal issues but she sounded very confident and did take three days of reasearch to find this info out.

Im not sweating it . everyone i talk to says i ok. plus i would deny it. maybe one of you ordered it in my name and sent it to me as a gift and it got caught
