It's been nice man! I was hoping for more of a bulk, but I will take the cut it gave my midsection and obliques. I am not a huge ab lifter, but the effects are still very noticeable.
@ 1-4...I have been concerned about getting stretch marks too. I have some around my midsection from when I got fat an wish I could find a way to get of em. Now, I'm seeing maybe a slight bit of marks around my shoulder to felt to bicep area. What lotion do you recommend? Just curious if there's a certain kind that works better than others... Thanks!

I find lotion doesn't really work but stretch marks always fade over time.
The best way to avoid them is to stay very hydrated and avoid bloat / fat gain.
Mine are growing now but there ain't any controllin em.

But I've been using my wife's left over cream from pregnancy. It's cocoa butter based though.
My mindset is, if it's good enough to reverse that stretch...it is good enough for the babies I got growing on my delts

haha, never seen a pho restaurant offer shrimp balls.
but i get mine with steak flank brisket tofu extra meat.
lately though i mostly eat bun bo hue, which is a lot better imo. if you haven't tried that, maybe you haven't even started

This is at the end of 9 weeks weighing in at 180.4 (kind of sick so lost a lot of water the last three days)
Weeks 1-3 Biologic Test E 650mg ew
Weeks 4-9 GotPep test E 500mg ew tren ace 525mg per week
Week 9 25mg BD dbol ed 50mg GP drol ed
And here we are!

Being thin is a gift and a curse.
I am planning on trying bold next cycle for the appetite increase.
Even with the cupcakes and donuts the weight is tough to pack on for me
Sometimes I feel like you can only gain so much in a short amount of time, of course everyone is different but ~20 pounds in 9 weeks is a success in my book.
