GotPep Test E Tren A Log and Review

Hey bro someday on your chest day try and raise it up by quarters... Warm up 1 plate (set of ten maybe twelve or more), than 1 and a quarter plate (set of ten maybe twelve), than two plates(try for a set of 10 even if its one and repeat).... Everyone's different but when I started training my body to raise by quarters and plates I noticed a increase in strength and endurance...
 
i also like moving up by quarter plates, but i prefer to warm up with the bar and then the 25's on each side. and when i approach my max if i'm maxing out i go up by 10 or 15 on each side.
 
Yeah it also has a lot to do with your mind frame walking into the gym too... That also plays a roll in how hard you will push your self.... Switching shit up also helps me keeps me on fresh with goals so I don't get stagnate, it also shocks your body witch is a plus in muscle building and strength...
 
I will probably get night sweats tonight because i pinned so late. Gotta get back on top of it.

Pffffftt.. I soak the sheets every freaking night and I pin at 7am!! And I'm talking soaked, there's 3 spots I rotate on the bed at night and that's usually not enough so I have a towel I put down usually around 4-5am..

Taking the sheets off, washing them, and putting them back on has also been a big pain in the ass..

Damn! I guess were all different!

Mine are never too bad to where I have to take them off, one night I did abandon that side and hop on my wife's, but maybe it was just to hope on the wife ;)!

I was thinking ill only replace my sheets every time I finish a vial of tren. But after the last few days, I realized how disgusting that would be. How often are you guys washin the sheets?

My wife does the sheats every week. The first night the new one goes on it gets drenched again. I leave the blankets off during the day to at least let the sweat dry up. It leaves big round, white, circles on the sheets. Using TestE, TrenE, Deca.

Alright!

So of course I jinxed myself saying I don't get sweats...last night was intense!

Woke up at four in the am COVERED in sweat! Huge wet spot on the bed, blanket, even pillows. (That's that good ol head sweat!)

I wasn't about to wake the baby by changing sheets, so I just crowded my lady.

Been on drol and dbol all week, yesterday weighed in at 183!

I'm sure I lost a few pounds through the sweats but that is still a win. I just need to rehydrate and stuff my face. The goal is to be able to see 185 next Wednesday.

Lifts still going up, I feel the pumps making my skin tight. It's actually painful to flex after a good workout. Using a ton of lotion to avoid getting stretch marks.

Peps nolva is helping a lot, bringing that gyno back under control. I have been at 1mg of letro daily as well.

I was planning on dropping tren Sunday, but I may hang on until I get Astros tren base in. Hopefully it will be kickass!

Outside of the sweats last nights sides have been tolerable. I am a tad short tempered, but it's my stressful season at work.

I was going to post another progress pic, but I am going to wait until the drol dbol kicks in harder, give you guys a dramatic shift!
