GP test e t-bol proviron exemestane

So I've been hitting the gym first thing in the morning before work.
Im liking it so far because I get my work out in and don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day.

Last week I would get up and bang some jack3d,grab a couple bottles of water and go.
But now im starting to wonder if getting something in my stomach would help.
It would have to be something fast absorbing, I have to get to the gym at 5:30 when it opens to have enough time to get it in before work and the gym is only 5 minutes away.

Im thinking a shake with whole milk, whey, oats, banana.
Does anyone else do anything like this? I guess im wondering if there would be any benefit considering I'd basically be drinking it while walking into the gym. Or should I just wait and have it afterwards?


I have a shake with milk, banana, half cup oatmeal, flaxseed oil, 1 egg, scoop of whey, and natty peanut butter 30min after I wake up (bang GH first thing) then 30 minutes later take my preworkout and I'm off to the gym.

You're not cutting so I'd say get something in your stomach..

That's a god damn man shake right there! Im worried it would be too much like King said, I never liked training on a full stomach but I think I'll start with a smaller version of that and see how that treats me.

18 days on gp t-bol and nothing.
No strength
No hardening
No dht sides (I always get)
99% sure bunk or severely underdosed.
I'll finish out the week with it just to be sure I gave it a honest shot.
Afterwards I guess I'll contact naps and ask if he wants the remaining for testing or whatever.

This cycle is starting out pretty disappointing, also been working a lot, 12 hour days 6 days a week.
I have a physical job so when this happens it just takes too much out of me. Work outs have been lackluster at best most of the time, this morning I completely shit my back work out, just had nothing left. I just can't eat and sleep enough to recover from so much activity.
 
I eat something small before my workout like eggs/oatmeal or a protein bar/shake with peanut butter depending on how I'm feeling.
I also take bcaas a half hour before going and honestly adding bcaa's to my supplement stash was the best thing I have ever done. I take some before my workout and during my last set before I finish my workout and honestly feel they have improved my workouts with out a doubt.
 
Yeah I'll just get dbol. How about bolasteron? I had it before and it was great but its the only tbol I have used so i can't compare to past experiences .

I can't see them giving free bunk gear tho, just doesn't make sense to me. Not saying your lying just stating thats a dumb move.
 
I can say that my gp tbol has been inconsistent from pack to pack.Out of 200 tabs id say half were dosed right.Im torwards the end of them and a little disappointed.:banghead:

From what I've herd just the var and t-bol are coming up inconsistent.
Dbol sd winny and others seem to be on point.

I put about 6 bags into a pill bottle for easy access and I can say pretty confidently that it is all garbage.
Im just hoping the test is gtg.

That sucks.. I guess fortunately it's early on enough that you could still pick up another oral from somewhere else to throw in..
 
Had the day off yesterday because of the snow so i went in the gym this am well rested and killed that shit.
Starting to get some good recovery and im also getting quite preoccupied with any piece of ass I see.

Chest and bi's this morning.
Weights felt light and I didn't want to leave the gym. Actually made me a little late for work.
 
I still haven't decided if I should try a source on this board :(. You know me, forever a skeptic. I will need to be placing an order for something soon though :p. Think I will get blood work to see how good the prop I am running now is. My hair is thinning and I am on the fence about giving propecia or avodart a go, but it won't do anything to help tren hair thinning, apparently. It will help with the test hair loss and some other AAS though.

Wouldn't mind try running Test Prop + Halo or Var, but if it is fake and winny instead my hair is fucked.
 
End of week 3
Starting to pick up some water weight.
Super fucking horny ( scientific term)
Increasing appetite, im eating 4000 cals a day and im starting to still be hungry at night. When I first started that amount of food was making me sick.

Superman recovery (scientific term) is kicking in.
I killed legs Friday, I shouldn't be able to walk right now but im fine.
Some strength is also starting to show.
I did some heavy partial squats and felt very confident with the weight.
Even @100lbs over my 1rm I felt really good.

Between the accelerated recovery and aggression im getting the urge to lift on my off days.
Im doing a 4day split mon tues thur fri. So I get Sat and Sun off but I found myself entertaining the idea of going in and knocking out some deads or heavy rack pulls today.

I plan on getting my blood test on week 5, hoping for a 4000+:D:D:D

:D can't wait to see the labs.
I need this to go well, I've had a real shity last 18 months.
Constant injuries, employment and financial issues.
Id love to get back close to my pre-injury weight (215-220)

I've made some adjustments to the cycle.
Var 50mg ed for next 6 weeks.
Deca 300mg ew
Test is about 620mg ew of just GP, I dropped the trt dose from another source once I felt the GP kicking in.
Probably going to take it to 16 weeks to let the deca do it's job.

Im also considering some tne for the 4 weeks the esters are clearing as well.
