Callus pulled off doing hook grip rack pulls. I think I'm going to start using straps, just for deads.
Hook grip is tearing my thunbs up and im not supposed to be using chalk in my gym anyway. Its getting annoying sneaking it around.

If your gym doesn't allow chalk you need a new gym.

Straps are a sure way to wrist and shoulder injuries.
 
Hey pitt, try taping your thumbs for hook grippin. My hands are always torn to shit but this helps me still hook all day.

Also if you can pick up a chalk ball that'll be easier to sneak around than loose chalk. Been in that spot before and it's hella annoying so I feel your pain.

End of week 4.
Did squats this am and killed that shit. Hit a pr and felt great.
Overslept so I just did my squats and 2 accessories, squats and more squats!
Only up about 10lbs in body weight.
This Deca is strong and has me looking nice and mushy. Oh well, only temporary and worth the gains.

Going to take the weekend off and start again Monday.

How's the Deca treating your joints on the squat? How much do you think that particular aspect of Deca had to do with you hittin that squat PR? Because I know that if I don't sweet talk my knees just right before I squat then I most certainly won't be happy with the outcome.

This is only my 2nd run with deca but im starting to think it may be my compound. I dont seem to respond real well to just test but throw in 250/300mg deca and it makes a world of difference :)Strength confidence aggression:cool:

I did pay a price for that pr with some knee aches for a few days but im going to try and keep the momentum going.
If things keep progressing like this I'll have wheels on my squat by the end of it.
 
Well the snow storm screwed me out of my back work out this am and it's looking like another might hit tonight.
I dug my truck out this morning (again) like a mad man because the plow buried it overnight. Drove like an idiot to get there on time only to find the gym closed. PISSED!

So I've made another adjustment to the cycle. Started out with t-bol, turned out bunk and dropped that.
So then I started var just because I had it, turned out to be a very bad idea. Var gives me terrible heartburn and it made it almost impossible to eat and I'm really trying to pack it in on this one so I dropped that after 1 week.

So here's the official lineup as of now.
Test e 625
Deca 300
Proviron 150

Work out.
Mon tri's, shoulders and rotator cuff work.
Tue back
Wed light cardio, trademill 30 min
Thur chest and bi's
Fri LEGS!
Sat and Sun cardio

The scale is only up about 10lbs.
Water isn't too bad most of the time but I've been keeping the diet pretty tight.

Hell yeah man, glad to hear it's treatin you well! Squat away! And I feel ya on the knee pain, knees suck! I wish the big man would have designed them to be a little more sturdy[:o)]

I apologize for not keeping up with this. I feel pretty shitty about the cycle so far.
Tbol 80mg ed and nothing
Proviron 150mg ed and nothing

I've been running 300mg of apotek deca and im up to 750mg gp test e and my dick is just about useless.
Im pretty sure this test e is fucked as well.

Unfortunately I've been so busy with work and my personal life I haven't had time to get blood work done until today.
So I should have my answer in a few days and we'll see how much time I've been wasting.

Gains overall have been disappointing. No real recomp or great strength increase you would expect from such a high dose.

I feel like im running low dose test with low dose deca.
I have some proviron from another source I've been running as high as 200mg ed for up to a week from time to time just to get my dick right.

Can't wait for that blood work to come in.
 
That's terrible, it's sucks wasting time on a cycle that turns out to be garbage.
