Gr8whitetrukker goin to the dark side!!

I think it will resolve on its own. I was just feeling you guys out on the issue so maybe next time I could prevent it. Ibuprofen takes care of the pain but like I said just look light red on the bone just south of the medial delt, irritated and not pleasant. Pip fuckin sucks if I ever meet pip im a gonna kick the shit out of that english prick...
Have you tried venting off the BA from your vial? I saw that you filtered but didn't see if you tried this yet. I got hold of some gear and the pip would not go away. The sites were already receptive and no pip with other vials/compounds just this new one. Someone on here, maybe Myth, suggested venting off the BA. I did that and viola, no more pip. And yes I have had some juice run down from an injection site. It was all puffy and red and a little hot. Went away in a couple days.

How?

The original suggestion was to put the vial in the oven with a pin through the stopper. I couldn't bring my self to do that and instead got a mug of very hot water (short of boiling) and put just enough in so that when I put the vial in it didn't bob but just sat nice and still getting hot. As the Oil heats, the vapor pressure of the BA will cause it to start evaporating off. So if you have the stopper pierced with a pin but not all the way into the oil, the BA vapor will escape via the pin vent. It completely cured the pip for me.

Thats excellent! I for sure will try that. Thanks man. I actually tasted the oil the other day cuz I was curious. It didn't taste very good. They say sweet or piney it kinda tasted like that

@Dreamin_Big I too have had pains in my elbow on cycle, this comes from the tendons having lots of stress put on them from the large increase in strength gain at a rapid pace and them not being strong enough to support it. Mine usually goes away after cycle
It got a lot worse on cycle which makes perfect sense. I know that ligaments and tendons grow at a slower pace than muscle which is why you can do damage growing too big too fast. However, it was there before the cycle happened after I basically eliminated my e2 off cycle taking arimedex. I was experimenting tryinh to get it down to the low 20s to dry me out and help keep fat down. Well I went down to like 7 on my e2. I have backed off for about 3 weeks and the pain is still there a little but I haven't lost grip strength.

My sex drive has been abysmal for a couple years man so I was looking forward to attacking my wife with this murderous penis. Not yet tho maybe its coming later in the cycle. I wanna be like teenager again. Cmon you remember those days when you could beat off to a thought of an ass and rinse repeat 4 or 5x a day! I beat off so much in high school I literally worn thru it, hurt so bad just...cant...stop...
I am starting week 8, not the same test as you but I have had very little libido increase. Waking up with morning wood all the time though and strength is through the roof so I know it's working. Guess some people just aren't destined to get like that on test only cycles.

Well Im learning alot. From all I read thru others experiences I was expecting mine to be similar. Now I see what effects some one may have are not necessarily ones I may experience. I just hope im pinning a legit 1g

Do any you guys have good suggestions for dealing with lower back issues?

Its becoming harder each week to get thru the workouts with my back seizing up the way it is. The stronger I get each passing week in squats is making it nearly impossible to finish.

Incorporate a good stretching technique before starting your workouts.
Warm up and stretch military style, and it should hit all the joints and ligaments from head to toe.

If squatting is giving you a lot lower back discomfort then reducing the role your lower back plays during your squat is the ticket.

Make adjustments to form and technique so you can maintain a more upright / vertical torso.

I would suggest Olympic High bar Back squat and placing 5lb plates underneath your heels during the lift. Doing back squat this way will greatly reduce the role your lower back plays in the lift. Front squat is even better for this purpose imo.

Speaking from personal experience I do front squat right after I do RDL's on leg day and I haven't had a single lower back issue thus far, only some uncomfortable pumps during the rdl's, but thats about it, but nothing uncomfortable from squat.

Ya I know what you mean but its more serious than that. Im not doing monkey fuckers or dirty dog or any stretches like that lol. Its a spine issue. Honestly I never got diagnosed but pretty sure its at least a slipped disc. I thought I was cool in my late teens and early 20's dead lifting. I was always a natural powerhouse. First time I EVER pulled was 16 yrs old at a NY state meet. I showed up to the comp. unprepared. I practiced bench alot and a little squats but NO deads. Thanks to my shitty and unprepared team I was never taught to
Pull correctly. So I had to do some thing the crowd was looking at me. I saw what other competitors were lifting and asked for 405. Man I just gripped it and ripped it ...easy!

I was naturally strong but poor form. That followed me to my 20's. I like to dead lift light so I would train with 315 for reps of 18-20 I thought that was better for building a better back and legs. Well one day I let my form deteriorate to where i felt a sudden jerk and then paralyzing pain. I dropped the bar and left. That was 10 yrs ago and I never went to the doc. At the time I was running my own truck and didn't have insurance so I just dealt with the extreme discomfort. Its gotten better but on squat day it rears its head once again. Needless to say I dont do deads any more. But I gotta get to a chiropractor

Taurine is thought to help back pumps at larger doses. With test though you shouldn't get those, you sure your form Is good?

Thats a very good suggestion which doesn't surprise me. You always have good ideas. I think I will try 5 lb plates under my heels. Thats seems it would help the back out. I dont wanna give up on back squats cuz im motivated to chase down 405. Its a small goal and I should reach it in about a month or so but I really wanna get there! Every week I been getting stronger significantly

No back pumps. Form is excellent.

Im 3.5 weeks in now. Tipping the scales at 259 this a.m. im very pleased with my progress thus far. I should be entering the meat of my cycle soon. My strength especially leg strength is ridiculous. I've gained nearly 20lb so far from my pre-cycle weight. Im happy with the bulk and once I go in to cruise mode after this blast im gonna get leaner, much leaner for my next blast. Im thinking ill aim for 230. Shed some fat and get mean about it. I have the tools now to shred up. Not like before when I would work my dick off for nothing. Low t is a bitch. All work no progress. Very frustrating. I gotta be honest when guys say its 85 percent diet 15 percent AAS I just gotta laugh. I've been on the money for years and years with my diet and training. Literally the only thing that's changed is the introduction of hormones in my body and im blowing past personal bests and gaining daily. I haven't seen such violent gains in muscle mass since my 1st year training and that was...16 yrs ago. Its effortless. Of course genes play a role here and other factors but AAS is more like 70/30 ratio of AAS to diet

I had a lot of problems with low back tension during heavy squats. I basically would lose the ability to get below parallel, much less a2g. The trainer that helped me with my shoulder suggested doing light a2g pause squats once a week. I pause for 2-3 seconds with about half my max. 3 sets of 10. Made things a lot worse at first, but it's been... 5 weeks, I think, and now I'm getting a2g with almost the same weight I was struggling to get TP with before.

your lower back is weak. you need to do hyper extensions or the other exercise that I can not think of, but you lay flat on a bench with your legs dangling and you raise your legs to work your lower back. you stay on top of hyper extension or the other exercise and you'll be fine no more lower back issues.
