Gr8whitetrukker goin to the dark side!!

Checking up on your log tonight. Still looking great. Kudos on keeping the family time balanced too! Love the bloody pin! (Yes I know I'm sick) Stay true on your ab work too. Your lower back will thank you. Keep up the good work!

Im incorporating supersets mentzer style in my sessions from here on out to add stress to the targeted muscle that strAight sets can't accomplish. im just not satisfied that I'm squeezing the most out of my days. Judging mainly by post workout muscle soreness.

Mentzer style heavy duty is great. I highly recommend it. If you got the metal to get thru it and bring intensity every time then it works great.

On a side note I'm losing a bit of weight. I guess it may be the adex working? Im down to 256 as of this morning. My diet hasn't changed. I'm guessing water weight lost. I'm not super worried about it.

Diet is consistent and still sleeping good? Probably water like you said, what does the mirror say?

I can't remember man I apologize but how many days a week are you training?

Diet Is 4k cal per day often I go over cuz im a hungry bastard. I aim for at least body weight in protein but excess is nice.

Sleep about 5-6 hrs a night.

The mirror is generous it shows some guy in the reflection. Im not used to looking at him but hope he sticks around. I've lost 1.5" on my waist and im pleasantly surprised to find my other measurements are up. I recorded all meas. Before beginning.

I go for 6 days a week. Non symmetrical weeks, meaning I take my day off after 6 consecutive. I also have an extra optional day built in so I can use my discretion. Direct shoulder work I try to avoid cuz they get so much stimulation, the front deltoid that is. Thru bench, pulling movements, curls and pretty much any thing done to the torso works directly thru the from delt.

You might want to try and get a little more sleep at night. I know when you're on cycle you might not notice a difference. but that extra couple hours sleep really helps me out. Especially when your going 6 on 1 off. I do a 5 on 1 off cycle and if I don't get that 8 hours I feel it on days 4 & 5.

But then again, I ain't no spring chicken! :D

My day is no joke. Starts at 0300 and i dont get home till 1900. Upon arrival at home i shower, eat, visit with the family then rush off to bed. Its a ritual and im good at it. Been doin it 10 yrs now. Lots of responsibilities. For alot of people 40 hrs is the measuring stick at their work place. I hit 40 hrs by wednesday afternoon. So to get 6 hrs a night i feel quite fortunate

Im stronger than any damn machine because im a UNITED STATES MARINE

Having fun yet? I just starting my first here recently too. Not doing quite as much test though. ;) good luck man.

Im thinking of wAiting till roughly week 7 to get bloods. That way there won't be any question and should be more accurate

Well on a side note...

I left the gym this morning was still in psycho mode jakked to the 9 I decided I would do a little offloadin! It's been raining all week here which creates a cesspool of muddy awesomeness. All the trails and holes I found around my area are chock full of water and soft greasy mud. I pulled off the highway on a whim at a hole I know of and made a few passes! Covered my rig pretty good. I guess I'm a country boy at heart and just the thought of gettin dirty made my dick move. Honestly it made my morning! I was grinning from ear to ear for about 20 minutes straight
