hey i actually thought this through. if your going to cruize wait to go cal def and play with differnt diets like cycling carbs while yoru cruizing @ 200 ew . youll shred right up.. right now.. its just as you told me eat , eat eat.. worry about that fat another month. increase cardio like im doing now if your worrried but continue to eat. Ima replace a few carbs i eat in the evening with protien cals.. see if that drys me out a bit too ..
Im definitely cruising. I dont think for a minute Im actually getting a legit gram a week outta my current gear. So if numbers come back low ill consider this a cruise and buy more gear probably from MS this time and go right in to a cycle.

I wanted to cut while on my cruise but lately I been restless to see a more ripped me. Its a double edged sword I guess. Great gains so far and really isnt any reason I should be unhappy but you know...sigh

Which test did you get man? Are you going to follow the blood work protocol?
I got the complete female hormone panel with total test above 1500 from labsmd. This test has everything I'll need $73. As far as the protocol im doing my shots 2x weekly so that doesn't fall under the new sticky y'all posted, sorry. I'm already 6 weeks in too late colt.

6 weeks is perfect. Just try and get blood drawn as close to 48hrs as possible. You are pinning TC/E right?

That would be great if you don't mind. The closer to 48hrs the better. For the sake of uniformity.
 
So......I been throwing around the idea of running a caloric deficit for the 2nd half of my cycle so I could lean out a bit. Maybe cut it down to 3,000 cals or less. See if I could recomp a little. What do you all think?
Nope. You're killing it man....not only imo do you need to keep eating now but also when you drop to your cruise dose you gotta keep force feeding to cement them gains Haus

edit: oops looks like I'm late to the party. Soon as I read that I was thinking "NO!!!" and didn't read the rest of the great advice these guys gave you. Keep up the intensity brother.

Do any of you wrestlers out there have tips on building a stronger neck? I tried neck bridges but my bodyweight is abit much to start. My neck cant really support it. I wanna build a Kurt Angle type neck to add to my menacing appearance

No but when I was training and fighting MMA, I did do chains, also resistance bands around my head

On a side note im sick as fuck so I haven't trained since Friday. Pisses me off too cuz it's cutting in to my precious cycle time. Im not talkin about cough here or there. Im full blown fucked up.

Also im gonna try to get to the lab tomo (Wednesday) for my blood work. If I can't I also submitted I time off form for next wednesday. Either way tomo or next week ill have my bloods
 
@gr8whitetrukker most wrestlers have thick necks from getting wrenched on all the time. A good friend of mine was an wrestler in college and he has practically no neck!! It's pretty much natural for him now because I've never once seen him do anything to develop it.

If it was me I would work with the chains and the bridges you mentioned. Developing your traps also helps the neck, so I would also recommend Heavy shrugs (aka Power shrugs).

Another thing I've done when trying to develop a thicker neck is pressing my hand against my forehead and pushing. so my hand is pushing my head backwards and my head is pushing forwards. I would hold the pressure for 15 seconds and then do another angle. This is something I would do througout the day and I felt like it did make a difference. But I still don't have a "wrestlers neck" so take it for what its worth...
