The real joke is that those numbers seem to be the standard for "good gear" around the UGL campfires these days.

Hey brother hope conventional methods will work better than surgery. I had one reconstructed, they did a test, dont know where to find the reports, but it was overwhelming, that after a rotator , or bankart, or even just a scope of one shoulder, the other one is like 70% chance of injury. maybe cause one is tightened up and having to be compensated for. I know this became true with my reconstruction. My right is the one that had it.. its better now.. used to dislocate.. it clicks, and seems weak on latteral raises, but its fixed.. But my left now sometimes pops in and out in a fluid motion now.. not like the other one , where id have to go all mel gibson lethal weapon to pop back in.. which was the case with the other.
i know ur injury is vastly different, but im with you on the fact that letting it heal to whatever extend it becomes more functional is better than surgery. Maybe some TB 500 or Growth for afew months (6), maybe worth considering, alonside a anti inflamtory diet for a bit..
Also massage therapy could work wonders..
 
Another treatment option I thought of is stem cells. I know a couple baseball players that have come back from major reconstructive surgery and their recovery was insane using this treatment. It can be pretty costly, though.

A friend of mine just had a stem cell procedure for a foot injury. It worked great and in 6 weeks he was back to running 5 miles a day! Might be worth looking into, closest doc that would do it was in San Diego though...

Sorry to hear that brother, I know your pain. Keep up a moderate dose of anti inflamitories to help with length of recovery. If it's just popping and dislocating it's a labrum which I have one torn on 3 sides from being young and stupid once. I have found that after a month it should feel normal again. Ease back into your workouts. Pay attention to what movements cause issues and avoid them. I find I can do most stuff but anything behind the head and its popping out. It gets less painful each time and the soreness doesn't stick around as long. Mind has not popped out in a year and I can go heavy now on shoulders. I just had to listen to my body and strengthen the things I could while avoiding things I knew caused issues. On the other hand, if I misunderstood and its a rotator cuff and you have lost range of motion and strength then that a whole nothing ball game. Don't get too discouraged man, you will cycle again soon, what's more important is that you are able to lift again and that will require rest.

Calm down turbo!! I never claimed it wasn't a scam! Nor did I say I was in the room when he had this operation done! Just that he is a good friend who is very wealthy and has access to doctors/facilities that most people do not!

Bottom line he said it worked for him. Maybe it was bull-shit, maybe not! Do you have proof that it is a scam @Michael Scally MD? I know nothing about it and was just stating that I knew someone who this had helped. No need to get all confrontational about it.... Damn!

Im fine now. It was calcium deposits on my left shoulder tendon. When the calcium reabsorbs it causes a GREAT deal of pain. Doctor gave me anti inflammatory's and suggested surgery. Ive been dealing with this quite a few years. It did screw up my off cycle training tho. Thats the part I hate the most.

My next cycle is only 2 weeks away! I went a different route this time for my gear so it should be good test and deca and dbol this time:)
