Thanks! I'm mostly recover now. The only reason I wouldn't say I'm fully recovered is that I'm not training at the same level as before but not due to any physical limitation from the injury.
Headdoc, form felt good. I had been progressively training up to the weight for several weeks.
This is the second muscle tear in as many years and the only ones in 20 years training.
I am not certain why. I suspect it may have something to do with the additional endurance training from cycling. Maybe resulting in asymmetries? Overtraining?
