IM in all seriousness as board reps what would you like to see us do? Not being a dick but really trying to put an end to all of this nonsense. If you give me a suggestion that is reasonable I will get it done.

Here's what I think we can do, let me know what you think...

First we have to stop fighting. It isn't getting us anywhere and it's certainly not helping the customers which are most important because they are trusting us with their money.

Secondly, I think we have to be open to the idea that something is wrong. I know myself, I just kind of buried my head in the sand and got defensive. That wasn't the right approach. We need to be open minded and we all need to figure out the best approach to solve the problem if there is one. Bashing Naps had NOTHING to do with our issue and I am personally ashamed that I took that approach.

I just want to focus on doing what's right now and the first step for me is admitting that I was wrong by the way I was spouting off and insulting people. I should have focused that energy on fixing the issue. That was my mistake.

You in Custom? Let's work together on fixing this.

Despite my shitty behavior recently and false accusations...these guys really do have your best interest in mind. They don't work for any sponsors and they aren't getting paid. You're in good hands man.
