I couldn't Even eat yesterday, te heat had me so wiped out at work. I'm telling you I must have burned 3000 calories. I can feel that shit melting off, and I'm not happy about it.... Had to beast on dinner, it's the humidity that gets me

You work outside obviously? My old roommate was a contractor in FL. He was just pouring sweat all day faster than he could really take in fluids. 200,000% humidity.
