I had hopes for this guy too. Seems like a straight shooter who just made a very rookie mistake.

My mistake was expanding. Embarrassed? Yes, but there isn't much to talk about until I get everything back to the way it should be. I'm damn proud of the products I produce myself. I'm transitioning back to a solo operation, and will be back once everything has been freshly brewed by myself and HPLC tested.
