Grayscale Compounding [U.S. Domestic]

Don’t worry about it. It’s a fucking unopened/unused vial too. That’s on @Grayscale Compounding to deal with now. Thanks for posting up. Time to pump the brakes on another new source.

This is why people should wait more than a minute. These initial TD pics are important.

@Grayscale Compounding We recognize shit happens and mistakes get made. It’s how you address these little fuckups that matters. Time to put your best foot forward. You’re in the spotlight right now.

This pretty much sums up my thoughts as well.

This source looked promising, hopefully you'll get a response and get taken care of
He certainly has the chance to make things right.
To elaborate my thought process, he's done everything right until this point.
Pics, Testing, donating to anabolic lab.
Ensuring this never happens again and providing customer service here is what we need now.

Maybe I'm giving too much slack in some peoples eyes but hey.

Couldn't agree more

He had a good run while it lasted hahahahaha

Wife: What do you want for Christmas this year?

Husband: Some Test E from Grayscale would be awesome!!

Wife: Fuck that!! That shit also comes with a hospital visit; and I wasn’t planning on spending that much money on you this year!! o_O

Thank you for posting pictures. Can you please send a video when you get a chance? I believe that is filter material. Even at their rated throughputs, occasionally you can get a small fiber that ends up in the sterile, filtered oil. I don’t believe it could be any type of human or animal hair, as our brewers have shaved arms and wear hairnets, and the oil is brewed in a location where the air is constantly being filtered. Regardless, this is not ok and has not happened to one of our customers before.

So... how many vials MAY be effected? What’s the plan? Buy 1 get 1 hair sale?

Need to inspect everything BEFORE labels go on.

Filter material? That's a hair, dude. Maybe you should insist on beard nets too.

i've had filter material in my gear and if it resembles anything, it would be like a thick skin due to the striations.

We inspect the vials after they’re filled and then inspect them again before they’re put into any package, which is why I’m surprised this made it through. The oil is completely sterile, but obviously toss that vial. We’re going to light-check our entire stock again.

@iGone We’re going to give you a refund and a replacement if you you would like.

Depending on the filter type, it can resemble a crystalline nylon hair or thread, which is why I requested the video. It could also be excess butyl stopper. Either way, we’re getting to the bottom of this. This won’t happen again.

You got black filters? Let's see some pics of these. You can afford to tear one apart and do a comparison shot for us.
