New to the forum seeking advice on the path I have chosen
I have been working out for the past couple of years and now looking to run a Test only cycle.
Intention is to run one bulk cycle and if everything goes ok, then a cutting later in the year.
I'm not looking for massive gains. Just more than i have now. Any increase in libido will be more than welcomed by me and my good lady
So the plan is, once the diet is sorted:
Weeks 1-10: 250 mg Testosterone per week (yet to decide on type)
Weeks 2-10: .5mg of Anastrozole Every other Day
Weeks 4-10: 500iu's of HCG per week
PCT starting two weeks after Test cycle ends
Week 1&2: 40mg Tamoxifen per day
Week 3&4: 20mg Tamoxifen per day
Any advice appreciated.
BTW - aged 50
In the meantime i shall keep on reading and sort out where to get my bloods taken in UK.
