A little about myself and my journey, 42/M/Midwest/Dad previously fully natty until 41 when I went on TRT. Lost a bunch of weight at 38 after a decade of sloth/degenerate behavior, and had some health stuff happen but got in the top shape of my life through endurance and strength training I achieved a pretty decent natty physique, very athletic, while keeping track of health markers with blood tests. I have a decent "swimmers phsyique" for now even though I'm terrible at swimming, currently bench/deadlift 225 for 10 reps and squat 225 for 5 reps.
