This is my issue with WWB after 3 weeks still no confirmation
If the plan is to deliberately go comms silent on customers after payment, just say.
"you should have your order within 4 weeks."
- - - >then vanish.
Not "once your payment is verified we will process your order and send you tracking 1-3 days later."
This has people thinking their order hasn't been processed. I'm not sure who brainstormed this brilliant communication methodology or how it's supposed to be beneficial for business relations but it's quite retarded.
Imagine going to McDonald's and they say "we'll start preparing your order once your credit card transfer is approved." The transfer alert shows on your cell phone 1 minute after payment.
You walk back to the counter after patiently waiting for an hour and they give zero reply, just bert stare at you while your order sits on the counter behind them.
