I don’t know what doses you are on as .3 etc didn’t fully make sense maybe 1/3rd and 1/2 of the 30mg vials? Either way when I switched I just started at the 2mg as per clinical trials and worked my way up from there. Feel better and more active/less tired on Reta so works better for me personally, but from an appetite suppressant point of view no amount of Reta has touched the feeling I get on 10mg tirz. So yeah personal opinion start low and work up as if you’d just started using a Glp med, can always adjust as necessary
*Switching to reta 30mg from Tirzepatide 30mg kits, wifes on .3 tirz, I'm on .5, anyone have any insights on equivalent dosing?
Google is saying even HIGH dose GLP users should start at 1 or 2mgs? Does the reta just go much further? I.E. 30 shots out of one vial seems wild. Thanks gents.

Why would you not buy anything from driada? For EU seems to be top tier when it comes to pricing and quality (janoshik testing)
gotta love getting lumps injecting test E from driada and then been told i am allergic to the oil they use, or they having 20 diff lab test but then they send a vial with a batch code they never tested, good old times

There's an abundance of little ego fuck-boys lately with smart ass replies serving no purpose. I get it with the spoon feeding questions. But with legitimate questions they're just regurgitating stupid shit proving they're inheritantly ignorant and looking for their little dick buddies to click the like button.

With that, I'll answer constructively. Start with the clinical data. Reta is researched thoroughly for appropriate dosing. What you read here is anecdotal blabber, while the data is readily available. Dudes using what was determined to be ineffective dosing but placebo is strong, also Reta is studied for once weekly dosing. But then you got dudes thinking they know more than the science. Anyway best wishes dude.
Yeah I was in a rush and forgot about the ghey.

3mgs and 5mgs, thanks for your help though.
Sure. I just don't know how .3 = 3mg. Should have made that clear in your post.

Anyway, if you're on 5mg Tirz, I'd just start at 2-3mg of Reta and see how you feel.

The dosing schedule for Tirz is 2.5 > 5 > 7.5 > 10 > 12.5 > 15

The dosing schedule for Reta is 2 > 4 > 6 > 9 > 12

Theoretically, many people would say 4mg of Reta would be consistent with your 5mg of Tirz, but everyone reacts differently so play it by ear.

I switched from 15mg Tirz to Reta. I started at 2mg just to feel it out and make sure sides were manageable, then slowly worked up to 6mg. So far, so good.

If you’re coming straight off 5mg Tirz, I’d still start low. Even if you tolerate GLP-1s well, Reta can feel different, and there’s no prize for rushing and getting wrecked by sides. Start at the minimum dose, see how you respond for a couple weeks, then titrate up if needed based on appetite, weight trend, and tolerability.

I was in a rush and ftm that they were both 30mg vials. I honestly assumed most users go for straight and easy dillutions. Either way, it seemed wild af to me in researching they were saying start at 1 or 2mgs.
I've run sema 4yrs ago, tirz off and on for the past 3 and I always stay super low doses. I had a Aushcwitz type situation hit early in the semaglutide days and I never wanna hit that again so we always stay low af. Thanks again.
