Guarana 250 mg for fat loss

guys hi

I wanted to ask as caffeine pills are mainly banned where im residing, my question is

Is this product Guarana 250mg which has around 90g of caffeine in it sufficient for fatloss if lets say i took 2 to 3 pills a day with ephedrine and aspirin

Apologies if its in the wrong forum or if the brand name is mentioned as i need people with experience to respond back

No offense but the difference you'll see if you take that or not will be minimal to non existent even if you are obese.
Just clean up your diet and go into a caloric deficit and you'll lose weight. Lots of fads for these types of weight loss pills and bullshit like garcinia cambogia when the real answer is diet. Eat 300cal under daily maintenance and you'll lose 1-3lb a week depending on your bf % with minimal muscle loss.

Not saying there isn't evidence that they may help in weight loss but it's like 95% diet and 5% pills unless we're talking about something like clenbuterol :D

im not obese let alone fat lol... im super healthy and fit... im just trying to cut down my bfp from 12 to 10 percent maybe even 9 in a space of 3 to 4 weeks

Didn't mean you directly, just in general since most people that buy into the whole weight loss magic pill thing are fat people :D
Not sure what you weigh but 2% is possible over 4 weeks, if you've hit a plateau you can try a refeed day or 2 with 20%-30% more calories over maintenance. This worked for me and I've heard great things from other people who have done it. I know how hard those last few lb's are to lose :p
