some of these kids actually think by lifting heavy slag and using magic drug combos they can get their metabolism to where they can be like jay cutler and eat 6k calories and stay dry, not lean, but dry slamming 6k calories
they fail to realize
- these top guys train hard and eat progressively from day 1 to get there
- these top guys often have horrible distention from eating this way
- those top guys have way better genetics than them
kids who don't know the basics of training, AAS, and dieting trying to emulate what competitors do is idiocy
a newbie is better off following a basic bro split and getting progressively stronger over time and having realistic goals to where his weight will be lean than following the diets and routines of guys who are in place they could never be even if they hired Charles glass to spoon feed them information for the next 10 years
