does it affect you from a working out stand point . i took it 1 time and felt real tight . i actually had to get into a hot shower and streatch like ten times the second day after taking..but i did take 20mgs, possibly does related

I take 20 mgs. every 72 hrs. as per my Dr. Doing this by the 2nd. week the side effects are 90% gone. I have been doing this from day one I got it the first day it came out. It works dam good doing it this way and it is keeping my BP down.
