GW1516

What is your question? You made a statement and put a question mark at the end of it....

I've used it, not technically a sarm from what I remember. It is OK but usually not worth the excessive cost.

The product works? Side effects?
im not into cardio but my wife wanted me to do a mud run and if it wasnt for GW i wouldnt have been able to do it. ive used it twice both for about 2 weeks which was enough to get me where i needed to be it made a huge difference

Dosage that you have used? I believe that I will use that of Brawn

The only thing it's good for is increase in endurance. MAYBE helpful with some extra fat loss but probably only because you can take advantage of the better endurance. If it were cheap I'd run it all the time but it's not nearly cheap enough.

i couldnt jog a mile the first day training and was able to do 5k mud run without stopping 2 weeks later and lost about 10lbs mostly water but some fat and muscle

Works for some others get nothing. I'm contemplating that the people who actually "make gains" using GW are just shills for a particular company. Save your money IMO.

gw501516... cardarine.
I'm new here so take my advice how you want, but I ran GW for exactly 30 days. I'm a sprinter, and have a 22 sec 200m dash. Didn't do a damn thing.
I felt a huge surge of energy and mood enhancement for like 2 days initially on 10mg, nothing else. At week 2 ended up bumping it to 30mg.
I side with everyone else, the cost does not justify the benefits. Do EQ and train with consistency if you want endurance boosts.

I loved it and would def use it again. The results in stamina and fat loss didn't go unnoticed. I was repping shit out way beyond a normal rep range when I was using that stuff. It worked for me anyways

Improves cholesterol significantly too...

can you please elaborate a little more for me? Might pull the trigger and try it from blue sky (love the company). My situation is I'm about 8-9% bodyfat right now at 197ish 5 ft 10. Eating about 2000 calories a day. sometimes 2500. I hate t3. All it ever did was cause massive food cravings, weakness, binges and was just terrible. Dnp allergic reaction, water weight, felt hot and sick and didn't lose anything and caused cravings also. Clen and yohimbine and other natural appetite suppressants have been what has worked for me.

I fucking hate T-3, all it ever did was strip muscle off me and make me look like a damn crackhead. I have gotten to where I don't like the feeling of too many stimulants. Cardarine isn't like this, there really isn't anything you "feel" on it other than crazy stamina in the gym. It's like shit I should have been failing at I would eventually stop doing because I was bored. The stamina is amazing on it, I would never use clen over Cardarine
