I forgot to ask you what’s your max bench, squat, DL? Mine are all bad, I’m weak I just got big ish doing high volume stuff. Would love to know how you train. My 1rm bench is only 315 lol
3 plate club is the big boi club so you’re good bro haha. I’ve got some shoulder issues so I usually go light and just work 225 for sets of 10-12 on bench. My 1rm is 365 but I haven’t tested in probably 6 months.
Squat 1rm is 410, dead 425. OHP 1rm is 225z Could be better for sure. Used to be more into number chasing and powerlifting when I was younger, but I’m liking training higher reps and less heavy these days. I’m focusing mainly on bringing up my chest, so my primary training for that has been variations of flys and it seems to be responding well. I’m way too tricep dominant at bench.

How about you?
 
Looking great man! Imo, I’ve always had better experience with Primo instead of Tren. You can run it for much longer and it’s much safer- that being said, Test/ Primo/ Mast would give you the desired results you want, while also keeping your E2 at bay. Just my .02 if you have access to quality primo! Maybe the last 4-6 weeks add some Anavar and you’ll be looking great.

Right on man, do you feel like primo gives you the same nutrient partitioning effects that tren does? I agree with primo feeling way less toxic though. I could easily run primo for months, tren not so much.

I hear ya- honestly there’s nothing like Tren for nutrition partitioning and overall cosmetic effect, it’s so good at what it does lol- during a cut I like to run 30mg tren ace EOD, and incase an issue pops up it’s easier to pull out than the enanthate.

Bench 315, squat 385, DL 405, OHP 245. That’s crazy because I’m also very tricep dominant on bench, I’m guessing you have long arms as well?

On vacation so been slow to reply on here. I definitely got long arms, bigger wingspan than my 6’ 2” buddy haha. Might have something to do with it.
 
Hey everyone, new member here. Been lifting about 12 years and on gear for about 3 years now. Posting this log to hold myself more accountable for my spring/summer cut and gain some wisdom from more veteran members. I’ve done a number of full blasts and mini blast to dabble with various compounds at this point and see what feels good.

My starting stats:
Age 30
Height 5’ 10”
Weight 215lbs
BF 15% according to impedance scale, not sure I trust it.

I’m currently in week 3 of my cycle. Aiming for about 10% bf.

I’m running:
250mg test-e
200mg tren-e (might bump it up to 300mg, but any higher and the side effects of tren make it not worth it for me)
400mg mast-e

250iu HCG 2x a week

Aromasin and caber on hand if needed. Typically don’t need aromasin at with that much mast, but the second it gets out of whack my little bit of pubertal gyno lets me know. Definitely don’t fuck around with that.

For diet I’m aiming for 2500 calories per day. May throw in a little semaglutide if that becomes a challenge.

For training I’m following Creeping Death II, which is a great John Meadows PPL program. The name is no lie haha.
