Gyno on trt

Hey guys I started trt 6 weeks ago 200mg a week. I get paranoid about gyno. Has anyone experienced gyno on trt at this dosage? If so what were some early signs?

the signs are itchy and huge areolas, sharp pain and sensitivity. you're gonna know its starting you wont even be able to lay on your stomach or feel your chest without discomfort. Just take nolva and Ai till it goes back to normal even if it starts and tissue forms it will dissolve and go away once u fix your hormones

if you're really paranoid just take a tiny bit of ai like .25mg adex or 12.5mg aromasin every 2-3 weeks u should never have to worry about anything with that

It’s possible at that dose. Unlikely but still possible for sure. Checking your e2 level would help you determine if you require aromasin or Arimidex to control your estrogen

You can get gyno on this dose and you can get gyno even if your E2 levels aren't high. Why? Some people are just very sensitive to gyno.

And I learned that you can silently develop gyno gland material without having any physical sensations. It will slowly grow.

What's the answer? Keep Tamoxifen or Raloxifene available and use one of them if you suspect you are developing new glandular tissue. They work.

The problem is tracking the gyno development. Get a sharpie marker and mark the spots where you suspect you have new gland development, and using different positions, take photos. Also, take a video clip of yourself touching the area and describing what you are feeling and seeing. Then write a description of what you think you are observing or feeling. That's your reference and you can refer to these visual and written descriptions over time.

If your body fat is too high, it's more difficult to assess what's going on because the gland tissue is intermingled with the fat tissue, but you have to try to determine what's there. You can take an aromatase inhibitor and try to "dry out" and sometimes the fat in the chest will shrink enough to give you better access to the gland (the gland also shrinks, but the fat being shrunken by an AI will still help you assess what gland is there).

Will nolva reverse gyno?
nolvadex is a serm not a ai so if the estrogen is built up it will halt the effects of high estrogen but wont lower it or minimize gyno once it forms. the only way to fix gyno without surgery is to kill it right when you notice it. If you dont fix it and the paoin goes away but the size doesnt that means the new tissue has formed and if you want it gone your gonna need at least 5500 for surgery

if you want to lower your estrogen you need an AI if you dont want to lower your estrogen but dont want the effects of the estrogen you need a SERM.

Will nolva reverse gyno?
Depends how early you start taking it after gyno starts appearing.

If you catch it early, yes nolva + and AI can reverse the gyno.

If the gyno has been there a while and turned into a gland, then no, you won't be able to get rid of it without surgery, only reduce the size of it.

It's worth noting that nolvadex only prevents the estrogen from binding to the receptor, it doesn't actually reduce estrogen. That's why Nolvadex+AI is your best bet, as the AI actually reduces the estrogen. I always have nolvadex+letrozole on hand when cycling, incase I get those flare ups, but aromasin or arimidex could also work as well, they're just not as powerful as letro

Ok thanks any info is much needed just have small lump beneath nipple I have arimadex on hand just no nolva.
I'd definitely get some Nolvadex to run with it, but in the meantime you could increase the adex dosage to help counter it, even if it means temporarily crashing your E2, still better than having Gyno

Your TRT dose may be too high. You may need to reduce it for a while, continue to get T and E2 checked. It took me ~1 year to level out to where I could increase my T dosage without E2 spiking (and hair loss). Usually 10-20mg of Nolva and 12.5mg aromasin EOD keeps me in check if my nipples start to hurt. I did a 100mg of Primo for a few months and that cleared all my E2 sides and even kept me good after I stopped. Taking primo to keep my E2 sides in check was much better than taking AI/SERMs.

What ratio without crashing E2 ?

I hear 1.5test 1 primo (150t, 100primo)
