Hey fellas. Last cycle I ran I took 500mg test and 500mg deca. Started to have gyno symptoms sensitivity and lumps. Started taking adex and it went back to normal ish. Still had small lumps. Then all of a sudden a few weeks later came back with a vengeance. Fought it for a few weeks with fosses of adex up to 1.5 mg a day. Didn’t help. Then Jumped immediately to a trt Of 200 mg still with adex just tapered it down. It went back to normal. So before I actually start going again how have y’all combatted it?

Seen quite a few guys praise raloxifene for actually working and shrinking it long term gyno issues. Other than that surgery. You sure it's not prolactin based gyno from the deca?

IF you are predisposed to GCM AAS will enhance its development and increase the likelihood of surgery being required to definitively remedy the problem.

To establish a definitive diagnosis, I would suggest imaging such as ultrasound or mammography should SIGNS of GCM, such as a discrete lump, become a recurring theme.

Chest wall or nipple sensitivity alone are NOT a reliable features of gynecomastia, and do NOT warrant AI or SERM therapy especially in the absence of a baseline exam by a HCP.

Its a MYTH that I thought died long ago. Please learn more about AAS before venturing further/.

Search for the "Myth Buster - Prolactin Then/Deca" thread in the STEROID FORUM.

My apologies boys ignore that post, stepped out of my wheelhouse on that one.

Long story short.
In the presence of a 19nor, high estro (amongst other things) can raise prolactin.
Leading many to believe that Prolactin is the cause of gyno.

It's the high E.

Prolactin has it's own issues, but gyno isnt one of them.

Lactation.. yup lol.

Treat high estro,
Bloodwork to dial in AI.
If I notice sensitivity, I'll pop a few Ralox until I can dial in.

Dr Jim is right, a lot of this is misconstrued and misinterpreted.
Personally, I dint take the risk, I have Ralox on standby.

Actually this cycle, I got sensitivity and pain behind the nipple... gyno and gyno growth right?
Nope, actually my gyno shrank (I have pubescent gyno... very minor)
Even after I smashed it with Ralox and got my e2 under control, still sensitive.

So it's pretty individual, how can mine shrink... while giving pain?

No idea lol.
