The pain was really just bad the first week, just took Advil.. Only had to use the wrap for 2 weeks..

It's exactly 5 weeks today.. On the left side the scar is already pretty much undetectable.. The right side had a larger lump and caused a little more damage, doc says he may do a scar revision on that side when I go back in a 2 months depending on what it looks like then.. Keeps getting better day by day..

He said I could start working out light last week which I have been.. Next week I can workout normally!!

All healed up and back to 100% in the gym this week!!

Left nipple you can't tell anything happened.. The right might need a scar revision if it's not the same as the left in November the doc said.. Pretty happy right now though..
