Gyno symptoms

A little puffiness and a little sore if I push on them. I can feel the Little Rock's forming in there to.
1mg a day will probably crash the fuck out of your estro. What kind of symptoms are you having?
I can tell it's the start of something but by looking st it in the mirror u can't really tell. Trying to nip it in the butt before it gets worse. Also have nolva and Clovis but saving for pct

If you can get your hands on Nolvadex, I'd probably start taking that if symptoms are already starting to show. Adex is good to run as a preventative, but I don't know how well it will work with already existing gyno.

I have nolva on hand. But I was gonna run it for pct. should I just start taking it now? And what dose to start?

Also can u take nolva with Tren? I heard it's not good.

The first gyno symptom I usually notice is dull pain if I push my nipples hard. 1mg arimidex ed for 3 days clears it up for me if in not on too much test.

So that won't crash my estro levels? I'm not even on a lot of test that's what's killing mg me. Test prop 100mg eod only a week in lol.

No, you absolutely will crash your estro. It's a shitty few days, but hey, no more gyno. Thats not alot of gear at all but you're probably very estrogen sensitive like me.

You can try the adex 1mg/day for a few days to see if it helps, but my understanding is that it often won't reverse gyno, just prevent it from getting worse.

As for Nolvadex, I'd start somewhere in the range of 50mg/day and raise or lower the dose based on your circumstances until it clears up. You can run a lower, preventative dose all the way through your PCT.

I would. You don't want estro to rebound when you're coming off. In the meantime, get your hands on some more nolva if you can and carry on your PCT like planned. If you just started your cycle, you should have plenty of time. If it's your first week on cycle and you're already getting gyno symptoms, it would be a good idea to stock up on the adex, nolva, etc., to keep on hand in future cycles. It does sound like you're sensitive to e2 if you're this early in and already experiencing problems.

Ok thanks for the advice. Also I am running Tren. Is it safe to run Tren and nolva together? And if for some reason I can get more nolva for my pct can I use the adex for my pct? And if so what dose?

Yes you can take nolva with tren. I don't have any personal experience with this, but I'm sure many others here do and can chime in about progesterone sides and how to combat them if needed. You'll want to run the nolva until the gyno flare goes back to normal along with the adex dosage you should have been running in your original protocol.
