Gyno tenderness while e2 is controlled

Hey everyone, I have a small amount of gyno, not that visible but it’s tender to the touch and laying on flat surfaces like doing a hamstring curl irritate it. At one point I was able to lactate if I squeezed enough but I haven’t tried for a while and my doc told me I will always be able to since the tissue is there now.

I’ve been on a cruise of 225mg testosterone per week. I pin Sun/Wed and I take 12.5mg aromasin ~24 hours after each pin.

My recent blood results:
Total test: 1,621ng/dl
Free total: 400.9pg/dl
Estradiol: 24pg/dl

While e2 is well controlled and maintained, I am paranoid that my gyno is continuing to grow. Is this a scenario where I’m just more sensitive to e2 since the gyno is already there? Or is it more of a mental game at this point?

Any feedback and info is appreciated.

I get sensitivity anything over 40pg. I know yours is lower, but everyone is different.

I run Ralox on blast always to protect the titties.

It's both. The tissue is more sensitive and can grow but it's also a mental game. Sometimes I have wierd sensations in my chest area and when this happens, I usually take more primo or take a Tamoxifen etc, but then there are times I just wait and don't do anything at all, and the sensation goes away, and it doesn't appear that the tissue has grown. Obviously there is some sort of pulse like signal being sent through the tissues but without the estrogen available or with the cells being blocked, it's a signal that often goes nowhere, but that doesn't mean I would sit there and ignore it for too long.

If you were able to lactate, then maybe it's a bit worse for you.
