Hey fellas I have a question. I've been having an aching feeling in my chest. I had myy E tested and Dr. said it was 40. I dont know if thats good or bad. It been at least a month now what should I do? Im currently on 5mg patch ed. I am about 15 lbs over weight and I carry fat on my chest so I cant really tell if its swollen.

I use this to get my E2 down not E if your Dr. check you E and not your E2 Estradiol then recheck it. I take Indolplex/DIM to keep it down. This link is the best price and the best brand that has proven to work. Make sure your E2 was 40 not E If you are not high on E2 and take something you will go to low and it sucks going to low.

Ok it was your E2 for me 40 is to high my range is<20 to 56 I keep my E2 or try to keep it at 25 to 35. You could try taking Indolplex/DIM they one 120 mg pill cut in half a day. I say this because going to low is a bitch and you don't need to go to far. So go slow on less.
