5AR inhibitors like fin/dut only mitigate hair loss from hormones that interact with 5AR such as test. Tren does not 5AR to anything so fin will do nothing for it

The thing people need to ask themselves with RU is why it wasn’t commercialized. Like Carderine, it could’ve been an overnight blockbuster drug.

What most don’t realize is that in Phase 1 and 2, drug companies can stop development and never have to reveal why. It’s not unheard of for initial human participants to DIE in early trials, something they’ve had to sign deals for the possibility of, including agreeing that their deaths or serious harms caused by the experimental drug will be kept confidential in exchange for compensation.

My understanding is that systemic exposure to metabolites of RU is so high, it was decided they’d never get safety approval so it was abandoned.

im visiting my family in a 3rd world country ( Turkey ) and they have free healthcare shit here and i wanted to get a blood work for free while i have a chance and got appointment at urology clinic in local town.( gov run hospital )
asked for basic panel because im doing TRT , of course he freaked out and said are you also using fin? i was like yeah 1mg a day and i would like to move on dut next.
he told me i might as well jump off a bridge and kill myself instead of using dut lol.

Anyone have good results on topical dutasturide solutions?

The consensus seems to be split that either it's better than topical finasteride because it's more localized to the scalp as the molecule is large enough to not go fully systemic, or that it's molecule is too large and doesn't do shit as it's not absorbed at all.

Thoughts?

I found some on Indiamart, and going to experiment with that for prevention.
